About Kirk Proctor

Originally from the great state of Minnesota, Skol Vikings! I currently reside in Tampa, FL where I spent a few years as a professional wrestler. My passion for health and fitness as well as the enjoyment of helping others led me to get a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I am a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan and a huge fantasy football nerd. Some of my favorite hobbies include working out, video games, binge-watching The Office, and somehow surviving the Florida humidity.
