Los Angeles Chargers At Risk Of Losing Rising Coaching Star

The Los Angeles Chargers just wrapped up a 2024 campaign that far exceeded expectations. The man in charge, Jim Harbaugh, is receiving most of the credit, and rightfully so. He is a proven culture builder, and what he has done with this Chargers team in such a short time is nothing short of remarkable.

But for every successful head coach, there are two very important, and obvious, components. Talented players, and an elite staff.

Harbaugh built a really strong staff in LA, and usually, when you do that, it is hard to hang on to everyone as many will get looks for promotions around the league. Just ask Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams.

Brady has been an OC in the NFL before, reaching that level with the Indianapolis Colts from 2021-2022. Most recently, he was a consultant and offensive assistant with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Brady played college football in the LA area at Cal State Northridge. From there he went on to play in the Canadian Football League and started his coaching career in the CFL after he retired from playing.

Jim Harbaugh said in his post-season press conference that he had no plans of making any changes to his staff, but if Brady were hired by the Patriots, he would need to do some shuffling or bring on a new staff member.
