Kiké Hernández officially became a Los Angeles Dodgers legend.
Not only did he have the game-winning home run in the Dodgers’ Game 5 2-0 win over the San Diego Padres to move on to face the New York Mets in the NLCS, Hernández gave an incredible post-game interview to Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal.
Rosenthal asked Hernández what made this Dodgers team different from previous years.

“Are we live?” Hernández asked.
Rosenthal, obviously, said yes. And what came out of Hernández’s mouth afterward will be remembered in Dodgers’ lore forever.
“The fact that we don’t give a f***,” the infielder responded.

Rosenthal, seemingly shocked, thanked Hernández and quickly ended the interview, sending it back to the booth.
Hernández got the Dodgers on the board in the second inning, hitting a solo bomb off Padres starter — and former Dodger — Yu Darvish. Teoscar Hernandez would later hit another solo home run in the seventh off Darvish.
The Dodgers will face the Mets at home for Game 1 of the NLCS on Sunday. It will be a rematch from their 1988 NLCS when L.A. defeated New York.
With the way the Dodgers’ rotation is hanging on by a thread, maybe they want to consider bringing Orel Hershiser back.
