Cornerbacks for the Los Angeles Rams to Watch
Cooper DeJean, Iowa, 6’1″ 207 LBS
Cooper DeJean has become the favorite of many to be taken by the Los Angeles Rams in the first round with pick 19. He is athletic and versatile, two things the Rams value. He is also big the one thing they need in the secondary is size. Their only bonafide +6 footer at corner is Ahkello Witherspoon, who is a free agent. DeJean is also an accomplished return specialist. The Rams had one of the worst special teams units in football. This would be a step in the right direction
What to watch for at the Combine- Explosive drills: 10 yards split, vertical jump, and broad jump. One thing his game lacks is fast twitch response time.

TJ Tampa, Iowa State, 6’2″ 200 LBS
TJ Tampa is a physical specimen for matching up with outside receivers at 6’2″ with 32.5-inch arms. He will likely drop to the late second or early third round. If he is available at 52, which is a bit early for Tampa, the Rams should reach for a guy with elite size and enough skill to start on day one.
What to watch for at the Combine- Shuttle

Cam Hart, Notre Dame, 6’2″ 205 LBS
Cam Hart has everything Tampa offers but the Rams can wait to get him in the back of the third round. His performance at the Senior Bowl practices proves his speed and explosiveness.
What to watch for at the Combine- 3-cone drill

Max Melton, Rutgers, 5’11” 195 LBS
Max Melton’s draft stock has been on the rise since the Senior Bowl. He posted 20.96 mph via Zebra Technologies RFID tracking. He also recorded the third most explosive efforts, 115. If Cam Hart is gone at pick 100, Melton would be a good pick at that spot.
What to watch for at the Combine- Official height and weight measurement. 3-cone drill.
