The Los Angeles Rams are desperate for good news on the injury front. Since both Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp went down with injuries the offense has struggled to operate with any meaningful efficiency. They have scored just 18.8 points per game and have 226.6 passing yards per game.
Cooper Kupp Officially Questionable Vs. Raiders
Kupp’s progress has been tracked microscopically by fans looking for any definitive news that he will or won’t play against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, October 20th.
Head coach Sean McVay spoke with reporters on Friday morning and delivered the much anticipated Kupp game status; Questionable.
While it isn’t good news that Kupp still isn’t 100 percent, questionable is also not “out.” The Athletic’s Jourdan Rodrigue reported McVay saying, “He has had a good week. He is making good progress. There is a possibility that he’ll be ready to go.”
Kupp is undoubtedly eager to get back to the field of play, but the Rams often er on the side of caution in these matters. This is especially true when facing a short week, heading into a short week in which they will play the currently undefeated Minnesota Vikings.
Despite being sidelined since midway through Week 2, Kupp is still the Rams’ second-most-targeted receiver.
