Gomez has appeared in six games this season for the Yankees, pitching 10 total innings. He is allowed three earned runs with five hits and nine walks, good enough for a 2.70 ERA. He also registered five strikeouts.

He will be added to the Dodgers’ 40-man roster, but will likely start in Triple-A with Oklahoma City.

Gomez, still just 25, made his MLB debut for the Yankees in 2023. He has 19 total strikeouts over his career and a 3.09 lifetime in the majors.
