Although he is not expected to participate fully in early Spring Training games, Freeman expressed confidence in his ability to be ready for the Dodgers’ season-opening series in Japan.

Despite navigating this ankle injury, Freeman delivered a truly remarkable performance in the World Series, culminating in four home runs and 12 RBIs across the five games. His iconic Game 1 walk-off grand slam not only electrified the series but also proved to be a pivotal moment in the team’s championship run. With his recovery progressing steadily, Freeman is poised to be a cornerstone of the lineup as they start on their quest for a repeat championship.
