“We challenged all three of them when we get to their three-man actions to play with a little more force and a little more thrust and a little more creativity,” Redick explained, as reported by ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.

The Lakers, despite securing some narrow victories, have been experiencing a period of inconsistent play, failing to consistently reach their full potential. Reaves elaborated on the team meeting and the directives Redick provided before the game.

“I think the meeting was just still trying to build that chemistry amongst the three of us to help the team be successful,” Reaves said. “Tonight, it just showed that when we play the right way and trust one another, especially offensively, we can have open looks on almost every possession. … It was really just a conversation about how bad all of us want to win and win at a high level.”

With the regular season nearing its conclusion, the Lakers are focused on maximizing their win total. Since the acquisition of Doncic, the team has been on a hot streak, demonstrating their potential when their “Big 3” are in sync. The primary concern for the Lakers moving forward is maintaining the health of their key players. With everyone available down the stretch, they are poised to finish the season strongly.
