Gavin Sidwar, a highly-touted four-star quarterback from LaSalle College in Warrington, Pennsylvania, has narrowed his collegiate pursuits to five prominent programs: UCLA Football, Ole Miss Rebels, Missouri Tigers, Syracuse Orange, and the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Sidwar, who stands at 6-foot-3 and 175 pounds, recently de-committed from Rutgers University in October. This decision reflects his ongoing evaluation of his collegiate options and his desire to identify the best academic and athletic fit.

Sidwar, a highly-rated quarterback prospect in the 2026 class, is considered one of the nation’s top talents. According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a composite ranking that incorporates data from leading recruiting services, Sidwar is ranked 292nd overall, 19th among quarterbacks, and 8th among players in Pennsylvania. Notably, the On3 Consensus ranks Sidwar even higher, placing him 192nd overall, 15th among quarterbacks, and 5th in the state.
He de-committed from Rutgers in October of last year. UCLA Football extended him an offer on the 22nd of January of 2025. No official or unofficial visits have been publically announced so far.
Sidwar currently ranks eighth among uncommitted quarterbacks in the 2026 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.
