UCLA Bruins transfer Londynn Jones has committed to USC Trojans, as she announced to ESPN on Monday, marking a significant addition to the Trojans’ roster. Jones, a highly regarded prospect from the class of 2022 (ranked No. 22 nationally out of Riverside, California), played three seasons for the Bruins, establishing herself as a starter in the past two.
During her time at UCLA, Jones earned an All-Big Ten honorable mention, averaging 8.5 points per game and leading the team with 72 made 3-pointers this season. As a sophomore in 2023-24, she averaged a career-high 11.8 points per game, and she was named to the Pac-12 all-freshman team in her debut season.
She shot 35.1% from beyond the arc and set a program record with 84 made 3-pointers during the 2023-24 campaign, according to Mike Regalado of 247Sports.
USC Trojans Land UCLA Bruins Transfer Guard Londynn Jones

UCLA achieved a 34-3 record this season, culminating in a Big Ten tournament championship and the program’s first-ever NCAA Final Four appearance, where they fell to UConn in the national semifinal. Jones was joined in the transfer portal by teammates Janiah Barker and the Bruins’ entire freshman class.
Jones’s arrival comes during a period of considerable transition for the USC Trojans, who are looking to build upon a highly successful 35-3 season. While the team celebrates that recent success, they face key departures.
Superstar JuJu Watkins, a national player of the year award winner, is expected to miss a significant portion, if not all, of the upcoming campaign due to an ACL tear sustained early in the NCAA tournament, which ended in a second consecutive Elite Eight finish.
To bolster their roster, USC has been active in the transfer portal and recruiting. In addition to Jones, the Trojans have also secured a commitment from Georgia Tech transfer Kara Dunn and will welcome Jazzy Davidson, the No. 1-ranked recruit in the nation.
