Malik Brooks Commits To USC Trojans
Don’t let the 3 stars next to Brooks’ name fool you, he is a very skilled defensive lineman who had offers from all of the big schools.
At 6’4, 312 pounds, he has the elite size that will add to the style of player that USC is looking for in the trenches. He is the 66th-ranked defensive lineman, per On3 Industry Rankings, and had offers from Georgia, Alabama, Notre Dame, Florida, and others.
Brooks had an unofficial visit to USC on Saturday, attending the teams practice, and gave his verbal before leaving the facility.
He plays his high school ball at St. Puis X-St. Matthias Academy in Downey, CA. He is the USC Trojans third interior defensive lineman in the 2026 class, joining Jaimeon Winfield and Braeden Jones. The Trojans continue to hold the No. 1-ranked 2026 recruiting class.
