The Los Angeles Chargers have made several strategic acquisitions during the offseason, with each contract structured to balance immediate impact with future flexibility.
Los Angeles Chargers Free Agent Contract Details

Khalil Mack’s one-year, $18 million deal is fully guaranteed, featuring a $10 million signing bonus and an $8 million base salary. However, due to void salary cap carryover, his cap hit in 2025 will be a significant $26.87 million.
Bradley Bozeman’s two-year, $6.5 million contract includes $3.38 million in guaranteed money, with a $2.12 million signing bonus and a $1.26 million base salary in 2025. While the second year is non-guaranteed, Bozeman can earn a $500,000 roster bonus in 2026, and the contract features $2.75 million in annual playing-time incentives.
Troy Dye’s two-year, $5.5 million deal provides $3 million in total guarantees. $1.5 million is guaranteed at signing through a signing bonus, and the remaining $1.5 million is guaranteed in his 2025 base salary. Similar to Bozeman, Dye has a $500,000 roster bonus for 2026, and his incentives, which can reach $1.5 million annually, are tied to playing time, sacks, and interceptions. The contract also includes a potential out for the Chargers after the 2025 season, limiting their dead cap hit to $750,000.
Tyler Conklin’s one-year, $3 million contract can reach $4.5 million with incentives that are described as “reachable,” indicating a high likelihood of Conklin maximizing his earnings.
J.K. Scott’s two-year, $6 million contract offers $3.15 million in fully guaranteed money, including a $1.9 million signing bonus and a $1.25 million base salary in 2025. Like Dye, Scott’s contract features a potential out for the Chargers after 2025, with a dead cap hit of $950,000. He also has a 500,000 roster bonus for the 2026 year.
Jalen Reagor’s one-year, $1.34 million deal is slightly above the veteran minimum, with $360,000 in guarantees. This consists of a $60,000 signing bonus and $300,000 of his base salary. Reagor can also earn an additional $55,000 workout bonus and a $52,500 Week 1 roster bonus.
