Tre Harris: Ole Miss HT 6′2″ | WT 205 | AGE 23.15

The Athletic’s Dane Brugler ranks Harris as the 8th-best wide receiver and the 65th best prospect in the NFL draft, writing, Harris doesn’t have the explosive speed or separation skills that teams covet in a No. 1 receiver, but he is a controlled athlete with the play strength and ball skills to be a dependable possession target. He projects as an NFL starter and a team’s No. 2 target — if he can stay healthy.

Jordan Harris, a two-year starter at Ole Miss, primarily operated as an outside receiver (both left and right) within offensive coordinator Charlie Weis Jr.’s spread scheme, aligning out wide for 85.4 percent of his snaps. Following a transfer from Louisiana Tech, Harris began the 2024 season with exceptional production. By the second week of October, he led the FBS with 987 receiving yards, surpassing the next-closest player by 181 yards. However, his playing time was significantly limited for the remainder of the season due to injury, appearing in only 16 more snaps.

Harris’s role is clearly defined on film: an outside receiver who frequently runs slants and curls, with occasional posts or crossers (Ole Miss receivers utilized post-snap reads). Despite this predictability, defenses struggled to contain him. While not possessing elite speed, Harris demonstrates sufficient stride length to be effective on linear/one-cut routes and exhibits smooth deceleration for clean transitions. His most notable attributes are his exceptional hand-eye coordination and toughness at the catch point, enabling him to make contested catches over defensive backs.
