Here are the Los Angeles Rams draft needs entering the 2025 offseason.

  • Linebacker
  • Defensive Back
  • Wide Reciever
  • Quarterback
  • Tackle

Los Angeles Rams Mock Draft 4.0:

1st Round, 26th overall: Jalon Walker, Linebacker, Georgia

Jalon Walker is currently listed as a linebacker but has experience both as an interior linebacker and on the defensive line. The former Georgia defender arguably has the most potential of any defensive player in the entire draft. Pairing Walker alongside Fiske and Verse would be a dream for Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Chris Shula.

Jalon Walker is currently rated as the 2nd-ranked linebacker and the 27th overall prospect, according to PFF. The 6’2”, 245-pound Bulldog didn’t participate in any drills at the Combine, but because of his time at Georgia, Walker didn’t have much to prove.

Walker finished his three-year tenure with Georgia with 90 tackles, 12.5 sacks, and 3 pass deflections. One of Walker’s best performances this past year was against the Texas Longhorns, where the Bulldog had 8 tackles, 3 sacks, and a fumble recovery.

When all is said and done, I believe that Walker will be one of the best players in the 2025 draft class. His size and versatility have the potential to bring the Rams’ defense to the next level.

3rd Round, 90th overall: Wyatt Milum, Tackle, West Virginia

Wyatt Milum had a great performance at the NFL Combine on Sunday. The former Mountanier had the 6th best production score of all tackles, according to NFL Next Gen Stats. West Virginia had one of the best offensive lines in the Big 12 last season, and a massive part of that was because of Milum.

Milum is currently the 13th-ranked offensive tackle and 88th overall prospect, according to PFF. The 6’6”, 313-pound West Virginia prospect spent 4 seasons with the Mountaniers, where in his last season, he earned All-American honors after a stellar senior season.

Milum played most of his college career at left tackle, where he was graded highly by PFF each season he started.

The Los Angeles Rams require help at the offensive line position and desperately need to fill some holes this offseason. While Milum has played tackle for the majority of his football career, his talent and strength are sure enough to help produce an NFL starter in this league at any position on the offensive line.

3rd Round, 100th overall: Andrew Mukuba, Defensive Back, Texas

Andre Mukuba is another Texas Longhorn who is sure to have an impressive NFL career. Mukuba didn’t participate in every drill at the Combine, but he impressed at the two drills he did participate in.

The former Longhorn is listed as a safety but has played almost every position on the defensive side of the ball during his college career.

Andrew Mukuba is currently the 7th-ranked safety and the 108th overall prospect, according to PFF. The 6’0”, 190-pound defender spent one season with Texas and three seasons with Clemson.

During his four years with the Tigers and Longhorns, Mukuba had 211 tackles, 21 deflections, and 6 interceptions. Mukuba had a great performance against Arizona State, where he had 8 tackles and one interception that sent the Longhorns to the next round in the CFP.

Mukuba can fill any hole in the Rams’ defense as a new-age NFL utility knife. With many players hitting free agency for the Rams, Mukuba is a cheaper option to help elevate the Rams’ defense.

4th Round, 126th overall: Jaxson Dart, Quarterback, Ole Miss

Jaxson Dart had an incredible performance in Indianapolis this past weekend. The former Ole Miss quarterback has had an illustrious career where he dominated in the SEC the past two seasons. Not a ton of NFL analysts were sold on the former Rebel before the NFL Combine. Dart’s draft stock is currently rising through the roof after the way he performed on Saturday.

Jaxson Dart is currently the 7th-ranked quarterback and the 127th overall prospect, according to PFF. The 6’2”, 225-pound quarterback spent 3 seasons with Ole Miss and 1 with the USC Trojans. The former Rebel ended his college career with 11,970 passing yards, 1543 rushing yards, and 95 total touchdowns.

Dart has a ton of experience through his 4 years in college that could elevate him to a 1st Round pick if any team plans on trading up. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Los Angeles Rams would be willing to use one of their 3rd-round picks on Dart if he is still available at that point.

With all of the chaos and rumors surrounding Matthew Stafford and his contract discussions, the Rams could draft an insurance quarterback to learn behind the future HOFer for a couple of years.
