The Las Vegas Raiders have made a move to acquire linebacker Christian Elliss, who recently visited the team. According to the NFL’s daily transaction report, the Raiders have signed Elliss to an offer sheet, signaling their strong interest in securing his services.
Las Vegas Raiders Extend Offer To LB, Pats Can Counter

The New England Patriots, who tendered Elliss, now face a decision: they have until Monday to match the offer and retain him.
Should the Patriots choose not to match the Raiders’ offer, they will lose Elliss without receiving any compensation. This is due to the Patriots tendering Elliss at the lowest level, which carried a salary of $3.26 million for the 2025 season.
Elliss joined the Patriots during the 2023 season, following his time with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he played in 19 games over three seasons. In his 16 games with the Patriots last year, he recorded 80 tackles, 1.5 sacks, an interception, five passes defensed, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.
