McQueen is really just getting going in his coaching career, but his resume already speaks for itself. Prior to becoming the OC at Incarnate Word, McQueen coached under Lincoln Riley at both Oklahoma and USC. Before joining Riley, he was a GA at UCLA under Chip Kelly, who is now the Raiders offensive coordinator.

At Incarnate Word last year, his offense finished Number 2 in the FCS in total offense and passing offense.

McQueen played quarterback at Texas A&M where he graduated in 2016.

He is just 31 years old and will get to learn on a great staff at the NFL level. McQueen is a name who will be an offensive coordinator sooner, rather than later.
