Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings: Who’s Ranked #1?
Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens
- The dude is automatic from anywhere and could get you the 50+ yard FG any week
- He finished as a top-10 kicker for five straight seasons
- This includes three top-three finishes and he finished first last season
- He’s on a team that has a good offense in it, but it’s not an explosive offense
- This allowed the kicker more opportunities because the offense might stall at times just short of scoring a touchdown
- They also benefit from having Tucker who has one of the biggest legs in the league
- This allowed the kicker more opportunities because the offense might stall at times just short of scoring a touchdown
Kicker Rankings: Fantasy Football Sleepers
Jake Moody, San Francisco 49ers
- Robbie Gould was the 7th best kicker in fantasy leagues last season
- Had a good blend of extra point attempts (3rd most in the NFL) and field goal attempts (13th most in the NFL)
- This offense is going to be good, but if they end up stalling then Moody brings a stronger leg to this offense compared to Gould
Greg Zuerlein, New York Jets
- With the addition of Aaron Rodgers, this offense should be firing on all cylinders
- His down year last year may lead to his slide in drafts
Kicker Rankings: Fantasy Football Busts
Will Lutz, New Orleans Saints
- Can this offense function with Derek Carr at the helm?
- I have concerns about his ability to produce on a consistent basis
Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles
- Elliott tied for the most extra points attempts last season with 53
- The problem is, he only had 23 field goal attempts
- The Eagles had the second-fewest field goal attempts in the NFL with 25
