Former USC Trojans RB Blasts Idea That Ohio State RB Tandem Best In College Football History

The Ohio State Buckeyes just capped off a roller-coaster season with a National Championship win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Their running back tandem of Quinshon Judkins and TreVeyon Henderson had a historic season, that some are even going so far as to say is the greatest College Football season for an RB tandem ever.

Former USC Trojans legend, LenDale White begs to disagree.

USC Trojans Legend LenDale White Sets The Record Straight

Both Judkins and Henderson were a huge reason why the Buckeyes won the Title and their numbers speak for themselves.

  • Quinshon Judkins
    • 194 carries
    • 1,060 rushing yards
    • 161 receiving yards
    • 16 total TDs
  • TreVeyon Henderson
    • 144 carries
    • 1,016 rushing yards
    • 284 receiving yards
    • 11 total TDs

Certainly, this was the unquestioned top duo in 2024, and a historic season overall capped off with a Natty, but LenDale White disagrees with the best duo of all time conversation.

“Me and the president @ReggieBush had 3k yards rushing, 44 tds, 700 receiving yards, And the president won the Heisman…” Lendale White said in a post on X.com.

Let’s take a look at the historic USC Trojans 2005 season for Thunder and Lightning.

  • LenDale White
    • 197 carries
    • 1,302 rushing yards
    • 219 receiving yards
    • 26 total TDs
  • Reggie Bush
    • 200 carries
    • 1,740 rushing yards
    • 478 receiving yards
    • 18 total TDs

Judkins and Henderson had a great season and will most likely be high draft picks in the 2025 NFL Draft, but there is no question that LenDale White and Reggie Bush are the greatest College Football running back duo of all time. White alone had only one fewer touchdown than both Buckeye backs combined.

As LenDale said, “argue wit yo mammy.”
