Miller Moss Addresses Injury After Victory Over Wisconsin

USC Trojans QB Miller Moss was THAT guy in a 38-21 victory over Wisconsin at the Coliseum on Saturday. He finished the game with 308 yards passing, 3 passing touchdowns, and 1 rushing touchdown.

The rushing touchdown led to him needing to be evaluated in the medical tent after his head hit the turf as he sprung for the endzone. The belief is that he was being evaluated for a concussion.

Before the next offensive possession, backup QB Jayden Maiava was seen warming up on the sideline, but Moss was cleared and able to return to action.

Maiava did end up finishing the game, but not due to Moss being injured. With a 17-point lead late in the game, head coach Lincoln Riley was able to get some reps for some younger guys.

After the game Moss was asked about the injury and if he was ok, which he answered very simply:

“Yes.”

He joked that he was all good and that he was evaluated just out of precaution.

No update was given on LB Eric Gentry, however. He left the field on his own power but was seen later being taken to the locker room on a cart.

After another impressive performance, Moss has firmly supplanted himself in the Heisman conversation.
