In this edition of Whisnant’s Week 10 Fantasy Waiver Adds, we look at five players that could potentially make an immediate impact on your roster. There is also a name or two that are worthy of picking up and stashing for use as the playoffs approach.

Thomas Rawls, RB, Seattle Seahawks

Eddie Lacy went down with a groin injury and is expected to miss week 10. Rawls did not have a fantastic game by any means but he should be the main workhorse for the Seattle offense. So if you need a bye week or injury help, Rawls is a must add for week 10. The matchup is also a favorable one against the Cardinals.

Dede Westbrook, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

It was an impressive preseason for Westbrook but an injury has kept him out this first half of the season. Now with Allen Robinson out and Allen Hurns underperforming, Westbrook should be the WR3 on the team with the ability to take over as a top target. This is a boom or bust pick up but Westbrook could very quickly become fantasy relevant.

Danny Woodhead, RB, Baltimore Ravens

Woodhead was placed on IR following a week one injury. With his return most likely coming in week 11, Woodhead is an immediate must add, especially in PPR. He should step in as the third down back and take over all the passing game work. Hopefully, he’ll also provide a spark to this offense and give Baltimore something it has not really had all season. I know the Ravens have a bye in week 10 but there’s no time to wait when you can stash away this flex or RB2 play.

Corey Davis, WR, Tennessee Titans

The first round rookie finally got a chance to play again after the first two weeks and he shocked in a few ways. He played 75 percent of the Titans’ offensive snaps and caught two passes. While we can not expect Davis to take over as the top Titans’ wide receiver we can expect some more numbers after such a high percentage of snaps. Davis could provide a fill in on your roster and become consistent if he can find a role in this offense.

Curtis Samuel, WR, Carolina Panthers

With the trade of Kelvin Benjamin, the roles in Carolina become a bit more clear. Devin Funchess is the big outside receiver with Russell Shepard taking over the other outside role. This leaves Samuel an opportunity to take over the middle of the field for the Panthers offense. So this new position gives Samuel a higher ceiling as he was already improving with 4 touches in week 9, his most. He played more snaps than the other two wide receivers in week nine and has a playmaking ability that gives him good flex or WR3 play.
